    We provide ground transportation services for individuals, groups and events worldwide.

  5. Can I cancel or change a reservation through the muv site?

    Yes. The muv site is linked to our full-service customer portal that provides you with complete control of your reservation.

  6. What if I encounter other difficulties using the site?

  7. What type of vehicles does muv offer?

    We offer six different vehicles, ranging in size from a sedan to a large coach.  We will find the right vehicle to fit your transportation needs. If you have a unique or specific vehicle request, please contact our global liaisons at 1.800.360.5466.

  8. What is muv’s cancellation policy?

    Airport transfer reservations require a two-hour notice from your scheduled pick up time. Hourly services require a 48-hour notice to cancel a reservation. Please view our cancellation policy for a full explanation of our policies.

  9. Is my personal information secure?

    Yes.  The information we collect during the registration or booking process is stored on our secure servers and is used for internal purposes only.

  10. I forgot my Login Id or Password. What do I do?

    If you've forgotten your User ID (email address), please call one of our customer service representatives at 1.800.360.5466. If you've forgotten your Password, you can request a new one online.

  11. Can I get on-line receipts?

    Yes. You have complete access to your account information in the my account section of our customer service portal.

  12. What if we cannot find our driver at the airport?

    We are here to help! Please call our offices at 1.800.360.5466 for immediate assistance. muv stays in constant contact with our drivers globally and will assist you in making contact with your driver.

  13. How will we recognize our driver at the airport?

    A muv driver will meet you at the designated area holding a sign with your name on it. Your driver's information will also be emailed 10 minutes prior to pick up with their name and cell phone number. The driver may also call you when he is on-site to advise you of his exact location.

  14. Do you provide 24 hour service?

    Yes. For your convenience muv offices are open 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. You can contact Customer Service at 1.800.360.5466 or chat with us online for assistance.

  15. Do you track flights?

    Yes. muv utilizes a computerized flight tracking system. Should your flight be late or early, we will adjust our schedule to coordinate with your flight time.

  16. What forms of payment do you accept?

    muv accepts all major credit cards, either on the phone or via our website. muv also offers billing accounts.
